Labeled side of the volatile paper must be on the outside of the wrap.
a. Cut a section of volatile paper 36 in. (91.4 cm) wide by 64 in. (162.6 cm) long.
b. Wrap receiver with paper. Fold paper over ends of receiver.
c. Secure paper wrap with tape (item 30, WP 0116 00).
d. Pad sharp projections with cushioning (8 pieces of 4 x 8). Hold cushioning in place with tape (item 30, WP 0116 00).
5. SEAL WRAPPED RECEIVER IN INTERIOR PACKAGING SLEEVE.
a. Put wrapped receiver in 40 in. (101.6 cm) wide (seal-to-seal) by 90 in. (228.6 cm) long sleeve.
b. Using heat sealing machine, seal ends of sleeve.
c. Apply tape (item 29, WP 0116 00) around sleeve where sleeve contacts saddles (6 pieces of 2 x 10). MARKING OF BAGGED RECEIVER ASSEMBLY
1. MARK SEALED SLEEVE (LEVEL A).
